Candidate Consent Letter

I, the undersigned, hereby give my consent to be represented by Nexsphere Virtual HR Services for job placement opportunities. I understand that by engaging with the recruitment process through the company, I am bound by the following terms and conditions outlined below.

6 Month Restriction Policy: If I am not selected by the company where I was interviewed, I agree that I will not directly join or apply to the same company for a period of six (6) months from the date of the interview.

Non-Joining Fee: I understand and accept that a non-joining fee of ₹1,999 is applicable if I choose not to join the company after receiving an offer letter without a valid reason.

Recruitment Process Compliance: I agree not to bypass the recruitment process. I will not directly contact or join the company without going through the proper procedure defined by Nexsphere.

Confidentiality & Integrity: I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all job-related information shared with me. I will not misuse or disclose any details of the hiring process or job offers to third parties.

False Information Clause: I confirm that all information provided by me during the hiring process is true and accurate. I understand that providing false information may lead to disqualification or legal action.
